To add on top of all the other stuff thats crap in my life i have recieved an e-mail today saying that i aint got the job i went for 
i think they are ..... (insert my favorit word here)
why the hell does no one want me what have i done ???????
i cant even get a job drivin a poxy van
whats the point in even going if i get told no everytime im so anoyed i wanna blow some stuff up

I'm sorry you didn't get it , I know you really wanted this one.
Make sure you contact them and ask them why you didn't get it. They might be able to give you some pointers as to where you might have gone wrong. Don't let it go...definitely follow it up.

Sorry, you didn't get it fella.
However, don't beat yourself up about it.
You never know what critera they have to fill for these jobs. They may have to emply a certain number from ethnic minorities to keep the PC brigade happy. This means that even if you were the best person in the room, it would be unlikley you would get the job. Sucks don't it
Definatley keep trying tho. Never give up.
Winning isn't everything, but wanting to win is. 
And you will.

I know how that feels but hang in there mate. Perhaps the right job opportunity is yet to present itself to you?
Thats what happened with Claire, she got very down about not finding a suitable florist position, but thanks to you she found her dream job. Now she's doing what she wants to do, and she's so much happier because of it.
