I remember at Chev7 in the autograph queue, somebody got Gary to sign their copy of it. Chris Judge and Michael both mentioned that they hadn't ever seen a copy before, so Gary passed it over to them. I think Michael asked how much it cost, and when the owner told him, he raised his eyebrows in disbelief!
