Seems like in my time away there's been rumour of a recon trip to a previously unexplored address.
It's a remote location away from heavy population, though it's said to be populated with "colourful" inhabitants.
Don't worry Jack, I can speak the local language... Trust me!

That's right. Collectormania Glasgow is taking place on the 23rd & 24th August. A little over a month away. Currently we're looking at coach/hotel prices for the Southern types to come up North with, through the UKG.
Anyway, be good to see you lot in full force again.

Neil.

Damn thats the Bank Holiday weekend.

We already have plans for that weekend. Not sure if it is going to be one day or the whole weekend though yet.

Been to Glasgow before, and yes they are a colourful bunch. Wink

Get this... Paul McGillon will be there too.

(And as a side note, the faceman Dirk B will also be there. Hopefully not cancelling just prior to the event with any luck)

Unfortunately this is a definite no go for me. Sad

I would have loved to have trooped this one and got to meet Paul, and added another autograph to my newly started SG album.

I'll just go and play in my lab now.

I'm not sure what the situation is here for this.
I've tried a gentle prod on the UKG boards with regards to this event but it seems to have died a death. Clearly it's not as glamorous as a cartoon film premier so people have no doubt been distracted by that.
I'll give MacPherson a call tonight to see if the hotel has been finalised at least.

Apologies for the runaround on this one folks.
