Check this site out, really cool to find out how many actors have played more than one role within SG1 & SGA.

There's another that I'm certain I didn't see there:
S9, ep I, Avalon - Cam is interviewing new members for the team. One of them is a nervy looking Marine. Cam asks 'is there anything interesting I should know about you?' (I paraphrase) and the Marine answers:
'Friends call me Dave'
"Well, it says here, that's your name...'
Same 'Marine' actor is in Continuum, playing the part of the IOA / Dept. of Defense (or whatever US Gov. Dept) operative who reads Cam the outline of his new 'life' whilst travelling on the bus.

I should have mentioned that I couldn't be held responsible for missing actors. 
I think there is an option to let the website owner know of any ommisions, pop that along to them. You never know it may just get on there.
