hey guys i dont really know how the letter got sent to me... well actually its an email
Hi
My name's Kevin Townsend and I'm one of the organisers of a multi-format games convention held in Birmingham for the last 3 years.
During this time we have invited costume groups to come along and help celebrate the inclusion of such fictional backgrounds and characters as Stargate within the games we play.
We currently have groups representing Star Wars, Dr Who, Planet of the Apes, Battlestar Galactica, etc... and we wondered whether you might consider joining us?
This year's event will take place over the weekend of the 6th & 7th of June - we are happy to provide refreshments and make a donation to your group.
